Skilled Building Solutions is located in Tauriko, Tauranga and is led by our two directors and our excellent office manager, Operations manager and window enthusiast/Omega manager. Our core team is supported by a group of dedicated and skilled builders.

As a Licensed Building Practitioner and member of Master Builders, Skilled Building Solution is able to offer our clients the Master Builder’s Guarantee which covers the home owner of a new build or renovation for ten years.
Justin Dufty began his building career in 1993 in Thames where he worked on renovations and new residential builds before heading up to Auckland to gain experience in the commercial sector. After years of working and travelling overseas, Justin returned to his home of Tauranga to start up a building firm of his own – Skilled Building Solutions. Justin is proud to be involved in Tauranga’s ever-changing architectural landscape.
Dan Wilkinson has been working in the Australian, UK and NZ construction industries for the past 15 years. In 2010, Dan joined Skilled Building Solutions and moved up the ranks from foreman to business partner. Together, the pair and their team of builders have completed numerous successful commercial and residential projects throughout the Bay of Plenty and are committed to completing many more.
We put great emphasis on staff training and have been awarded for this commitment by being crowned the Bay of Plenty Regional Winner of Apprentice of the Year in 2015 and the Bay of Plenty / Central Plateau Regional Winner in 2016.
By providing excellent training opportunities for new and apprentice builders, we are not only growing our own team’s skills, but contributing to the future of the building industry.
